We develop the initial execution plan based on the above studies :
- Preparation of micro level schedule based on the master schedule
- Resource planning to achieve the targeted schedule
- Submission of safety & quality plans / method statement
- Mobilization plan including start of site office / store and labor camp
- Selection of adequate equipment to achieve the targeted schedule
- Deployment of adequate manpower
- Distribution networks of water & electricity
Quality
We believe in quality works and ensure stringent quality control at site during the execution of works. For quality control we maintain the followings :
- Develop and implement the quality control system & procedure to determine the proper controlling of construction activities
- Prepare method statement as per specification & drawings
- Deploy experienced technical personal to ensure that all the activities to be executed at site as per approved quality system / method statement
- Sign & maintain the check list before start of activities
Testing of materials from inside / outside lab - Maintain test reports / testing register of all the materials
- Quality awareness training to all the staffs / labours
- Audit from head office / Third party
Safety
Konstructwell India Venture Pvt. Ltd. is committed to control accidents at its construction sites by providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and constant awareness on preventive measures. Safety measures at site :
- Provide PPE to all the staff / workers
- Hard barricading around excavated area
- Hard barricading near openings / shafts / ducts / edge of floors
- Safety nets around building at 2nd floor level & 2 floor below succeeding floor
- Stable working platform to work at height
- Deployment of safety officer
- Safety awareness training to all the staffs / labours
- Display safety awareness slogans / photos around work place
- Display all the emergency telephone numbers on notice board in site office
