The Managing Director and Founder of Konstructwell India Venture Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey, is a Civil Engineer by profession, who has a rich and diverse experience, from working at various corporate companies, that include contracting and consulting. He is adept at providing technical, as well as managerial guidance to teams, to ensure complete client satisfaction, in order to fulfill their expectations.

He leads teams towards success by empowering them at every level, by working in a manner that encourages creativity, openness, team work and trust.

He strongly believes in providing extensive opportunities for growth and personal development of all employees, by extending a challenging work environment and creating interesting, motivating assignments, that bring about a sense of professional fulfillment to everyone.
